With blood collection tubes such as the S-Monovette®, we set hygienic standards for closed venous blood collection from pets such as dogs and cats. We also offer suitable sample collection solutions for the specific requirements of the smallest patients such as small mammals, birds or reptiles .

S-Monovette® - the closed blood collection system

The allows you to perform blood collection using two techniques. The S-Monovette® 's dual system provides the option of either the aspiration technique for gentle, flow-adapted blood collection or the conventional vacuum technique for high-flow situations.

No extra disposable syringe is required to transfer the blood sample to other tubes. This saves resources and makes blood collection safer and more hygienic than alternative collection options.

Relaxed blood collection with the Multivette®

The Multivette® 600 is designed and prepared for small blood volumes of 600μl. The collection takes place in an almost closed state and utilises the natural venous pressure. This makes collection particularly gentle and easy. The blood sample can be centrifuged directly in the Multivette® 600. This facilitates blood collection from small animals and saves time.

Particularly gentle sample collection

The Multivette® 600 with Luer cannula is ideal for taking blood samples from small pets: the inner tube with its special design fills solely through venous pressure and the capillary effect. Find out more in our video:

The small inner diameter makes pipetting after centrifugation particularly easy. The sample can also be securely sealed and sent to the veterinary laboratory.

The solution for very small animals and difficult vein conditions: Our special micro-cannula ensures that every drop of blood flows into the sample tube and does not clot beforehand. The appropriate sample tube can be selected according to the expected sample volume.

Successful draining

The fine micro-cannulas combine optimum flow properties and minimal blood loss without residual volume in the preparation piece. Simply allow the blood to drip into the sample container. More information in our video:

Animal flexibility

The micro test tubes are suitable for volumes of 1.3ml. For smaller patients - for example small mammals, birds or reptiles - the Microvette® in volumes of 100µl - 500µl is the right choice.
