Timedico A/S and SARSTEDT AG & Co. KG are proud to announce the acquisition of Timedico by SARSTEDT
Nümbrecht, Germany and Bording, Denmark – 08 April 2020 – SARSTEDT AG & Co. KG, a world leading supplier of consumables and instruments for medicine and science, and Timedico A/S, a company that develops and markets a one-touch blood sample transportation system, today announced that SARSTEDT AG & Co. KG has acquired 80% of the shares in Timedico and secured a right to acquire additional 20% in the near future. Daniel Blak one of the selling shareholders will continue to lead the operations as CEO of Timedico from the date of closing.

Timedico is a growing company providing its medical transport solution to healthcare providers across 21 countries. Their Tempus600® lineup enables the one-touch sample transport from the point of collection to the laboratory.
